Help publish a new book about the Stars in the Sky, the flight attendants who integrated Delta. These women, and later men, witnessed the dramatic changes in the airline industry from the glamor days of the Mad Men era, when flying was a luxury limited to the few, the changes that feminism brought, the profound effects of deregulation and affordable flying, and finally how everything changed after 9/11.

My goal is to publish a successful book that will educate, entertain, and engage my readers with untold stories of some pioneers in aviation that made historical contributions. During a time when the world was in turmoil and women throughout the country were defending the “feminist movement” and demanding their constitutional rights and privileges as well as the new black awareness movement was born. Our challenge was turbulent at times but we survived with pride and dignity.
